Instructions:
Set up your space by lighting the candle and incense, and placing the crystal in front of you.

Hold the crystal in your hand and close your eyes. Focus on the crystal and visualize its energy flowing into you, filling you with light and power.

As you hold the crystal, repeat the following affirmation: "I open myself to my psychic abilities. I am receptive to my inner wisdom and intuition. I trust in my psychic gifts and use them for the highest good."

Visualize your psychic abilities expanding and strengthening. Imagine yourself being able to sense and understand information that is not readily apparent to the physical senses.

Sit with this energy for as long as you feel comfortable, and when you are ready, extinguish the candle and incense.
